My Approach

Samantha chose to work in the outpatient setting in order to carefully tailor her counseling skills to the specific needs and circumstances of each of her clients. This approach allows her to meet them exactly where they are in their personal journey and to create a unique, individualized focus that can effectively guide their progress. Samantha’s counseling includes important topics such as body image, intuitive eating, set point theory, and overall wellness. She would be honored to support and guide you on your healing journey—one sparked by hope and centered around nourishing both your body and mind for complete and lasting healing.
